A man lost his life and three others were injured after their car crashed into a tree in Ramanagar village near Khanapur in Belagavi district on Monday.
Farid Ahmed from Hubballi died on the spot. The injured drivers Badshah Syed, Mohim Alikatti, and Abu Sufiyan have been admitted to a hospital in Belagavi.
According to police, the car was en route to Goa from Hubballi when the driver misjudged a curve and lost control, leading to the collision.
A case has been registered in connection with the incident.
