Minister Satish Jarkiholi has emphasized the need for an extensive discussion on the caste census report, stating that it should be debated thoroughly in the Cabinet, the Legislature, and among the public before any steps are taken towards implementation.
He noted that without public discourse, the flaws and gaps in the report will remain hidden. Jarkiholi also mentioned that he has urged the Chief Minister to call for a special session dedicated to deliberating on the caste census findings.
