Patients’ relatives faced severe distress as the server in the intensive care unit ward of BIMS Hospital malfunctioned, causing major disruptions.
With the registration and MLC system down, many were left waiting for hours on Tuesday night. Frustrated by the delay, people expressed their anger toward the hospital staff.
Long queues formed at the emergency care unit counter, as the issue persisted from Tuesday evening into the night without resolution. Despite bringing the problem to the attention of senior officials, people alleged that no action was taken.
