In addition to food delivery, Swiggy’s new service includes access to groceries, electronics, beauty products, and household essentials, all delivered within a 10-minute timeframe. Customers can place orders through the Swiggy app or website, apply coupon codes during checkout, and receive their items swiftly.
Swiggy Instamart, a quick-commerce platform under the company, is integral to this growth. It ensures rapid delivery of essential items, enhancing convenience for customers. Collaborating with local vendors, Swiggy Instamart caters to regional demands, providing tailored options for each city.
