In Nugganatti village, Yaragatti taluk, Belgaum a young man was brutally murdered with a knife after being invited to a birthday party.
The victim, Basavaraj Muddannavar, 23, was pursuing an MSW degree. He was invited to the party by his friend Mallikarjun. However, during the event, a commotion broke out, and five friends attacked Basavaraj with a knife.
Basavaraj sustained severe injuries and died from excessive bleeding while taking to the hospital. The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of the Muragod Police Station.
