The family of a student, who faced a delay in receiving their hall ticket for the SSLC annual exam due to unpaid school fees, has alleged that the private school administration is responsible. The issue, now brought to light, has led to legal action, with the family accusing the school management of negligence.
Nihal Nisar Dang, a resident of Satti village in Athani taluk of Belgaum district, missed out on taking the SSLC exam due to financial difficulties. The family asserts that their delay in paying school fees stems from financial constraints. Nihal and his parents have lodged a complaint against the school authorities, alleging negligence for not issuing the hall ticket for the 10th-grade annual examination.
The student, who faced difficulties in studying, has failed the exam due to the alleged negligence of the school administration. Both the student and their parents have now taken the matter to court in pursuit of justice.
