A group of four burglars carried out a late-night robbery, targeting five shops in the Malli Galli, Azad Galli, Pangul Galli and Shani Mandir areas in Belgaum.
The criminals struck shops in Pangul Galli and Shani Mandir, leaving a trail of chaos in their wake. The affected businesses include Newlife Medicals, Sanskar Sarees, and Siddeshwar Traders in Pangul Galli, as well as Ashok Cloth Stores and another store at Padmavati Chambers behind Shani Mandir.
The burglars managed to make off with a significant amount of cash, valuable sarees, and other items worth several lakhs.
The entire incident was captured on the CCTV cameras that were installed in these shops.
These daring burglaries have caused considerable disruption in the local market, leaving business owners and residents in a state of shock. In response, the police promptly arrived at the crime scenes and have initiated a comprehensive investigation to bring the culprits to justice.
