Minister Satish Jarakiholi, a prominent figure within our society, has voiced his aspirations to assume the position of Chief Minister. This comes in response to KN Rajanna’s statement, wherein he expressed his belief that Minister Satish Jarakiholi has the potential to become the Chief Minister. The minister’s expressed desire aligns with the growing speculation surrounding his potential candidacy for the esteemed role.
In response to KN Rajanna’s statement during an event in Tumkur, Satish Jarakiholi asserted, “I will become the CM too.” However, Jarakiholi clarified that he envisions this happening in a future term rather than immediately. Siddaramaiah, on the other hand, expressed his own aspirations for the Chief Minister role, stating that he is also a contender for the position following his tenure. This exchange highlights the ambitions of both Jarakiholi and Siddaramaiah, sparking speculation about their potential leadership in the coming years.
Regarding the Congress government’s Annabhagya Yojana, Satish Jarakiholi commented, “Although it hasn’t started this month, we will begin providing rice from the following month.” While there may be a delay in delivering 10 kg of rice, he mentioned that 5 kg of rice is already being distributed, and efforts are underway to source rice from various states and central organizations.
Addressing the BJP’s argument of providing 10 kg of rice in addition to the existing 5 kg, Jarakiholi stated, “Let’s refer to the manifesto where we have clearly stated our intention to offer 10 kg by adding 5 kg, but we have not promised 15 kg anywhere.”
