MLA Nikhil Katti inaugurated a new building for the taluk-level health unit and laboratory at the local public hospital in Hukkeri, stating that efforts are underway to equip the facility with all necessary amenities to provide effective healthcare services to the region’s residents. He emphasized that priority is being given to establishing primary health centers in various villages across the taluk, with facilities being expanded to meet public demand and benefit the community.
During the event, Katti also launched construction work for the school in Avargol village, the Durgadevi temple in Kotbagi, and the Basaveshwara temple in Gudas. The ceremony was attended by T.H.O Dr. Uday Kudachi, C.M.O Shyamala Poojari, Dr. Mahantesh Narasannavar, A.E.E Chidanand Yadagouda, Satyappa Nayik, B.K. Magennavar, Nilesh Jadhav, Vinayak Sanakeshwari, Bhimagouda Girigoudanavar, Nandu Mudasi, Gururaj Kulakarni, Raju Munnooli, and Rayappa Dug.
