Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to make his inaugural visit to northern Karnataka after the announcement of the Lok Sabha election. Scheduled for April 28, the Prime Minister will address a campaign rally in Belagavi city.
The public address will take place at the Malini City Ground, situated on BS Yediyurappa road, starting at noon. Modi aims to garner support for Jagadish Shettar, the former Chief Minister, in his electoral battle against Mrinal Hebbalkar from the Congress party.
Furthermore, Modi will extend his endorsement to Anna Saheb Jolle, seeking re-election in the Chikkodi Lok Sabha constituency. Priyanka Jarkiholi, daughter of PWD Minister Satish Jarkiholi, is contesting against Jolle.
