A tragic incident unfolded in Mudalagi taluk of Belgaum district on Monday, where a man killed his wife following a domestic dispute and then took his own life. The crime occurred in Pulagaddi village of Mudalagi taluk after the wife objected to her husband spending money from the sale of cattle on alcohol.
Annappa Nandi fatally attacked his wife, Yallavva, on Monday evening. Her body was discovered later in a tin sheet-shed next to their house. The Kulagod Police have initiated an investigation and registered a case.
