The Belagavi Urban Development Authority (BUDA) has issued a notification for an online e-auction of residential plots in Sahyadri Nagar (Scheme No. 47) and Kuvempu Nagar (Scheme No. 40). BUDA has listed 78 plots for auction in Sahyadri Nagar, with plot sizes ranging from about 27 sq.m to 376 sq.m. Prices fall between ₹29,100 and ₹32,000 per sq.m, depending on plot location and category.

- Garden-facing plots (+10%)
- Playground-facing plots (+10%)

Scheme No. 40 – Kuvempu Nagar
A total of 19 plots in Kuvempu Nagar are open for e-auction, with sizes from 480 sq.ft to 2,400 sq.ft and rates between ₹3,000 and ₹3,300 per sq.ft.

- Corner or park-facing plots: +10%
- State Highway-facing plots: +35%
