The Karnataka Legislature’s Winter Session is scheduled to be held at Suvarna Soudha in Belagavi from December 9 to 19, revising the earlier notification of December 9 to 20.
With the Kannada Sahitya Sammelana taking place in Mandya, the government has decided to conclude the session on December 19. However, the possibility of an extension will be discussed in a meeting on December 9, which will include key leaders.
Karnataka Assembly Speaker UT Khadar stated that the session will focus on public welfare, particularly for North Karnataka. He stressed the importance of discussions on the state’s development and called for cooperation from all parties to address the region’s issues effectively.
Speaking to the media at the Circuit House in Mangaluru, Khadar highlighted the significance of this session in addressing public concerns and fostering development across the state.
