The Central Government has officially acquired specific lands mentioned in the Schedule attached to the notification. These lands are intended for the construction, maintenance, management, and operation of NH848R, also known as Belagavi Ring Road, covering the stretch from Km. 0.000 to Km. 69.387 in Belagavi district, Karnataka.
The formal notification was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part-II sec-3 sub-section (i) under S.O 2807 (E) on 28-06-2023.
As per the provisions of the National Highways Act, 1956, a public notice is hereby issued to all landowners and interested individuals concerning certain lands. They are requested to present the required documents either in person or through a legal practitioner within 21 days from the date of publication. The documents should be submitted to the Special Land Acquisition Officer at the specified address in Belagavi.
The landowners must provide documents supporting their expected compensation amount, including sale/partition records, deeds of Titles, ROR of the present year, mutation copies, NA order copy, layout plan, and any other relevant documents. Failure to provide the documents within the specified timeframe may result in compensation being awarded based on available records in the office.
Additionally, the owners of the properties are advised not to cultivate any further crops on the land vested with the Government of India, as per the aforementioned notification. In the event of crops being grown, compensation for the crops will not be paid.
Landowners and interested individuals are required to appear and submit their claims at the designated place of enquiry, located at Belagavi, Behind the SBI Bank, Opposite to Shivam Residency, Sharada Enclave, 1st floor, Plot No. 255, CTS number 9216, Shivabasava Nagar, Belagavi-590010.

Agasage, Kadoli, Gojage, Mannur Ambewadi, Kallehol, Uchagaon, Turamari, Bachi, Beigundi, Bijagami, Navage, Santibastawad, Bahadarwadi Waghawade, Zad-Shahapur.
