On a fateful Tuesday evening, a car’s bonnet suddenly caught fire while it was parked on the premises of the petrol bunk. The car’s owner, Narendra Birje, hailing from Bharat Nagar in Shahapur, Belagavi, had arrived at the petrol station with the intention of refueling his vehicle with diesel. However, upon discovering the alarming flames engulfing the car’s bonnet, he quickly made a prudent decision to evacuate the area, ensuring his own safety and the safety of others. He wisely took the car keys with him as he fled.
