Parshuram Patil, an army man who was visiting his friends in Belgaum, was allegedly attacked in a shocking incident. Patil hails from Chandgad in Maharashtra. It is said that the incident happened on Saturday in front of a bar in Ganeshpur, Belgaum, where the youths assembled for a drinking session. A video of the brutal attack went viral on social media platforms, rapidly spreading news of the incident. According to reports, the incident was not officially reported to the Camp Police Station in Belgaum.
According to reports, the mob attacked Parshuram Patil in the middle of the road, kicking him severely in the stomach and private parts. The army officer started to bleed and was critically injured after the incident. He was taken to the local hospital for treatment after the villagers called an ambulance to the spot, helping him receive rapid medical assistance.
The leader of the mob, identified as a young man from Vijayanagara, was found with a weapon in his possession. A case was filed against him for illegal possession. Efforts are being made by the law enforcement official to locate and nab the offenders of his shocking crime. The case was subsequently reported to the Camp Police Station in Belgaum.
