Belagavi Camp police have arrested three individuals, including a minor, in connection with the murder of a 53-year-old woman and the theft of jewellery worth Rs 1.7 lakh.
The victim, Anjana Daddikar, had reportedly lent money to Jyoti Bandekar, a resident of the city. When Daddikar demanded repayment, Jyoti Bandekar, along with her daughter Suhani Bandekar and their minor son, allegedly murdered her, stole jewellery valued at Rs 1.70 lakh, and fled the scene, police said.
A case has been registered at the Camp Police Station.
